During a time when there was a backup for a ton of plumbers due to the freeze we had, Liberty Plumbing was the only one that answered my call for help. The operator was professional and patient to listen to my story of what happened. My sink had apparently been leaking for months into the wall and I didn’t know until I found water leaking through the wall and outside. Valve to turn off water at sink didn’t work, so I shut it off for the entire house. This meant I had no water - they arrived in less than 24 hours to assess the issue, give me various quotes to give me a decision, and explained throughly the issue and how to fix it. Chris (the one who viewed the problem and wrote the quotes) communicated well and was very patient with my fifty questions. Haven’t had the job and installation yet, but was scheduled within two days (and yes, I have water at the house for now). Very pleased so far! I love the personalization with a company. Add on: Wes showed up during the time range posted and matched the picture given to me by email. He was polite, patient for my 50 questions, and communicated what was going to happen each step of the way. There were no surprises at the end because I made the decision when there was a hiccup or an unforeseen problem. I highly recommend this company! I didn’t feel stressed at all about the task at hand and I learned a lot too! He also recommended some great programs they provide to help protect and label all water pipes in the house. Wes really went the extra mile with customer service and had beautiful work when it was finished. It looks great! Add on 2: Matthew came out to reattach the sinks, the final step after dealing with the insurance. He was on time, friendly, gave advice and answered my questions. I am so pleased with this company! They will always be the first ones I call! I attached before and after photos of the re-piping. Such a fantastic job to the whole team!

I’ve used Liberty plumbing now 3 times. Every single time it’s been a great and pleasant experience. I really appreciate businesses in 2023 that still treat customers with care. Trey came out and assisted with my water heater, even though it a was simple fix of relighting the burner. It was great how knowledgeable he was and responsive Liberty was in sending someone out same day. Great company.

I had a broken water line and called Liberty Plumbing. First, it was the answer service person who answered my call and took in all info. Within 10 mins, I got a call from Jessica and she scheduled me for the following day appt in the PM then she called me in the AM the follwing day to let me know that she had a plumber who was available to fix my issue. I was happy and Matthew showed up. He was professional and provided me with an estimate up front. Also he explained what he would do to fix the issue. He fixed it right on the first try and I was happy!

I'd like thank Liberty Plumbing for being so accessible in my time of need. I had a very horrible experience with a previous plumbing technician from another company and working through my warranty company that left my faucet running so I had to get that fixed ASAP. I called Liberty Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day, even calling mid day. My technician Matt was very helpful, arrived early, knowledgeable and the customer service was genuine (I appreciated that the most with the day I had). He made the whole experience not so bad having to come out of pocket for a sudden situation with my faucet. Thank you!
